APE encourages any bespoke projects to be Factory Tested to approve documents prior to delivery. This provides all parties with a robust and documented process, saves any further rework, improves the site commissioning time lines and fully confirms compliance with the delivery expectation

A “Go” “No Go” agreement is proposed to ensure all hardware, down time and facilities (Departments) are completely onboarded prior to the activities.
